Party Rentals at Laurelwood

Planning a celebration at the pool? Members are welcome to reserve part of our pavilion for birthdays, team gatherings, and summer parties!

Rental Details

• Members may rent half of the pavilion, including picnic tables
• Rental fee: $100 for a 4-hour block
• Guest fee: $10 per non-member guest

➤ We recommend providing multiple date options when you inquire, as availability is limited.

Important Notes

• If your party is scheduled during adult lap swim or swim team practice, some pool areas may be inaccessible
  ➤ Please confirm availability with the pool manager at the time of booking
• Parties are not permitted on the following dates:

• Memorial Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day Weekend
• Members Picnic Day
